A Message from the Editor

Welcome from the Ascordia Center!

    As we herald in the Fall, we also welcome in the second issue of Across the Universe! We have had a very positive response from you, our reading audience, to the first issue of A.T.U. Many of you have sent in poetry, personal stories, articles and channeled writings and we are grateful for your ‘spiritual enthusiasm”! We have included a few of these offerings in this issue and plan to publish many more of your articles in the future. So be on the lookout for your particular contribution in issues to come!
   In this issue, we have chosen “spiritual guidance’ as the underlying theme of the newsletter. In these times of great change and social, political upheaval, many of us are seeking guidance from various spiritual sources in order to maintain a joyful outlook and faith filled perspective. Many are consciously ”in touch“ with their spirit friends and guides, guardian angels, masters and the like. Some of us have sought guidance through divination techniques such as astrology, I Ching, Crystal Balls and the Runes. And some of us have learned to rely upon our intuitions, impulses and that ”still, small voice within“.
    Whatever resource is used, rely upon it as a cosmic second opinion from a learned and loving source to help give you some insight, clarity and perspective on your personal problems. Rely upon guidance to empower you to find your solutions to major and minor issues. There are and will be many sources to call on but remember that the greatest authority and source is the Self. For, in the final analysis, you are the deciding factor in deciding the content and quality of your life. In other words, we need to ultimately honor our Self and its inherent power and loving wisdom.
    All of the articles in this issue touch on the concept of guidance in some form or another, whether it be from spirit guides, divination tools or from the Higher Self. We hope that they prove to be interesting, informative and inspirational to all of you. In this issue, Susan Davies gives her personal account about how she got ”in touch“ with her spirit guides, Joel Dubin talks about his trials and triumphs with the Tarot deck, Marcus Wohler gives his runic predictions for the next three months, guest channeler Debby Starks Taylor offers part two of an article about the coming Earth changes as seen through the perspective of the entity Gendarion, and guest astrologer Helene Schmidt gives her celestial forecast for the next few months. The Ascended Master Daniel talks about the purpose of the Ascended Masters and the Celestial realm in the New Age and the Seraphic Angel Ascordia talks about the importance of recognizing , working with and honoring your spirit guides.
   So, we invite you, our readers, to continue to share with the energy, wisdom and insight from our physical and nonphysical friends and welcome to Across the Universe!
