Educational Background
I have studied and practiced in the field of philosophy, metaphysics, healing and spiritual development for over twenty five years. I started my spiritual studies while still attending college in 1975. It was while I was taking classes at Temple University in Phila., Pa. for a degree in Philosophy, that I was given a book to read, by a friend, that literally changed my life! The book was entitled "Seth Speaks" authored by a woman named Jane Roberts.
In this book, Seth explained that he was a discarnate entity, a spirit no longer housed within a physical body who was able to transmit (channel) his thoughts and personality through Jane. Though, I had never heard of Seth, Jane Roberts or even channeling, I was so intrigued by what I read and so profoundly transformed by the material, that I began to read all the Seth books that I could get my hands on!
The Seth books discussed the nature of the soul, the concept of reincarnation, life after death, co-creation and manifestation principles, universal laws, the various dimensions of existence, the importance of working with your dreams and how your beliefs create your reality. It had such a tremendous influence on me, that I temporarily dropped out of school to devote my time to reading the Seth material, to develop my psychic/spiritual abilities and to further pursue my metaphysical education.
My spiritual path led me to meet a local channeler, Sheila Reynolds, who had also read the Seth books, and was holding classes for many clients and students at her office in Washington's Crossing, Pa. After getting a private reading from her, I decided to study with her and attend her spiritual awareness and psychic development classes in 1978.
I studied with her for about two years. It was during the second year there that I began to open up psychically and dramatically shift my awareness and abilities. So much so that I began to channel guidance from a spiritual guide named "Daniel", who made himself known to me during a private meditation. Daniel explained to me that he was my guide and teacher and was an ascended being or "Ascended Master" who belonged to a brotherhood of light known as the "Great White Brotherhood".
"Daniel" began to work with me in 1979 and I began my career, so to speak, as a trance channeler in 1980. Working through the mediumship of automatic writing, I communicated with Daniel for one year. It was in 1981 that I began to be able to voice channel and Daniel began to actually speak through me. I began to give readings and sittings for friends and acquaintances who were fascinated by my friend Daniel and our communication. Since that time, I have given hundreds of public and private channeling sessions with "Daniel" on a variety of topics that are very important and appropriate to these changing times.
My abilities as a trance channeler greatly expanded around 1985 when I moved to Philadelphia and I began to channel a wide variety of spiritual guides from many different dimensions and reality systems. I have worked predominantly with spirit guides from the upper astral planes, extra terrestrials from the local star systems, ascended masters and Angelic beings, including the Angel Ascordia, the center's namesake, beginning in 1987.
